Cole Hess is a certified NEBB TAB technician with over four years of hands-on experience ensuring that HVAC systems perform at their highest level of efficiency. Throughout his career, Cole has built a strong reputation for his sharp attention to detail, unwavering commitment to industry standards, and ability to solve complex challenges. He has worked on a wide variety of projects, from new construction, retrofits, or troubleshooting existing systems. In addition to his technical skills, Cole has played a major part in mentoring new technicians to our ever growing crew. Outside of his professional life, Cole is passionate about football and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
