Lucas Weese has been a member of the Airflow Pros team since the middle of 2018. His attention to detail and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods make him an integral part of the Airflow Pros office. When issues arise he is able to look at them objectively and find solutions. The positive attitude he brings inspires those around him to be better in their current positions.
He currently works as our estimator, but he has worn many hats within the industry. His industry work ranges from designer/drafter at an engineering firm to TAB technician to office/project manager to creating drawings for a duct fabricator/supplier. The experience obtained from each field has given him a well-balanced knowledge of the industry. He intends to use this knowledge to become a Certified Professional through NEBB.
